WMG Difference
A quality daycare center is comprised of knowledgeable management, caring staff, and a diverse curriculum. At Watch Me Grow, we put all of our efforts and resources into these key components.
We are not a chain with multiple locations. We are a single, family-owned and operated center in Cheektowaga, NY. Because of this, we’re able to monitor and manage our center to make sure it meets the highest of standards. Early childhood care and education should be a very personal experience. A childcare chain just cannot provide the personal care and service a child and parents deserve. All of our efforts at Watch Me Grow are aimed at our one center. We know all of the children and families at our center and their individual needs and preferences. When choosing a center ask how often the owners are at the center. You might be surprised by some of the answers you receive. A quality childcare center does not have absentee ownership.
Our Curriculum
Unlike many centers, our curriculum is not “canned” and dictated by a corporate office. Every teacher atWatch Me Grow develops curriculum for his or her own respective classroom. Developing educational material tailored to the needs and interests of specific children is vital to what we do.
Our Indoor / Outdoor Facilities
Watch Me Grow has a large playground with a car/trike area, an exciting nature trail waiting to be discovered, 2 playgrounds: one for younger children and one for older children, suited for their needs. Unlike other centers, our Cheektowaga, NY facility has multiple outdoor play areas, which accommodate all age groups. We also have a large indoor playground for the children for use during inclement weather.
Our Learning Environment
Each of our classrooms has its own observation window, emergency exit, and restroom. To foster a child in their education, we make sure each classroom has all of the necessary learning tools to help a child grow.
