We serve a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins that meet USDA Child Nutrition Guidelines. Each meal is planned with both nutrition and enjoyment in mind—because healthy food should taste great, too!
Meals as Learning Moments
We also make mealtime a learning experience. Children are encouraged to try new foods, use good manners, and talk about what they’re eating. Teachers sit with the children during meals, modeling healthy habits and fostering conversation that builds social skills.
Working Together for Healthy Habits
For our youngest learners, we work closely with parents to support dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment where every child can eat confidently.
At home, parents can continue the healthy habits we practice at Watch Me Grow by offering colorful meals, involving kids in cooking, and modeling curiosity about new foods. Together, we can help children build a lifelong love for nutritious eating.
